Cheque Stamp Duty

Heard rumors saying that stamp duty price for a piece of cheque would be increase from RM0.15 to RM0.65. 

The move is said to increase the usage of internet banking while minimizing usage of conventional cheques. This move also is said would decrease the fraud involving cheques which reached millions of ringgits annually.

Just as a nite here... Fuel increase RM0.20, cheque stamp duty increase by RM0.50. Government still make RM0.30 from this actions.... For you to ponder :)

Ground Zero

 

Police received a missing person report, and after investigation from a car engine found at Ground Zero is registered to the missing person. Rescue operation is in progress round the clock, to remove a concrete slab fallen from the UMNO building which is believed buried a man in his car.
